I have ordered a few times from the deli..I just wanted to say that Diane that works there always seems to go above and beyond. Today she made the best sandwiches for my trip out of town. When I got there she met me with a smile and had the sandwiches wrapped and ready for me. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service!

First time at a Raley’s since I’m from out of state and this was a nice, clean grocery store. The deli section had good food and the bakery as well! Clean restrooms and the store was well organized. I saw many customers talk to the employees and everyone there seemed friendly. I would definitely be back if I’m back in town.

The staff were incredibly friendly and had everything I needed for my trip - including plenty of ice! I highly recommend stopping by and considering a donation to their local charity.

Very nice grocery store, felt a lot like Fred Meyer. It had more products, really liked the lighting being darker easy on eyes.

Their deli is amazing! everyone is so friendly including the customers. The layout is really good for customer traffic as well. The prices are high, but are worth it if you want good quality groceries and good service!

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Store was well stocked and had a great selection. Was told about how involved the store is in the community. Would recommend absolutely

I love the atmosphere of raley's. Some of the prices are great. Some are high. There is no self checkout for some. This is a good thing. Others not. The cashier was very nice and they even offered to back my groceries, paper or plastic. The only issue I think I had is their store club seemed like it was difficult to sign up for.

Just got the best sandwich made by the sweetest old woman. She made it as she would for someone she loved. Her kindness lifted the weight off of me. I feel like she changed my life just in those few moments ✨️

A typical grocery store with pretty much everything you would need for meals, but one important little thing they additionally have is a DMV kiosk for quick and easy registration for your vehicle, that is extra sweet...

Stopped in to buy cupcakes and cookies for my daughter’s birthday this past Thursday. Roxy in the bakery was very friendly and helpful—she assisted me with my selections and patiently answered all of my questions. At self-checkout, I asked Crystal if she had a Sharpie I could borrow to mark off prices on the tags. She went above and beyond by taking the tags and blacking them out for me, carefully checking all eight items. What a great customer experience at Raley’s in Fernley. Friendly, attentive service like this truly makes a difference!
